Name: Ruki Saga (his name was suppose to mean hope, although his last name was actually random)
Age: 18 (when he first arrived at R.W.) (39/40 when fighting Sora)
Height: 5' 8", Weight: 159 lbs

Birthday: August 20th 1994 - August 19th 2033 (August 20th 2051)
Story: Human boy that lived with his brother in Earth, Orphan. he use to be best friends with Kaito Fuchiki, Teleported to R.W. by Cross's Doing, although he was being used as a pawn he saved the world three times, leader of the "Brigade" guild, at his era Ryuuichi Kurosaki was the only one that matched his strength, fought the four council and won even though the four council was really holding back, married at the age of 20 with Megumi Yukihara during the war with Kaito's Netherworld army, Death at the age of 39/40 killed by his son Sora Saga, he died happily, brought back to live 3 years later by Sora and Siel (Jikaneku Kanshi) although damaged timely he reverted to his age of 25, he has a rune implanted on him (Platinum Rune: Endless Journey) by cross the time he was teleported to R.W. because of it he was able to summon swords at will and was able to achieve the ultimate form of Blade Beast, he then died because of the time damage at the age of 40 during his birthday.

Story: he was found as a baby in Dragonbane forest by Dragon monks from the temple of Nagapur he was took in and raised he met Ruki when under order to wait for someone that will "Respond" to his destiny ergo Ruki, almost at all of his free time he Trains to be stronger than Ruki, one day an evil dragon awakens from the crypts of Nagapur and it was up to Ryuu to obtain the only strength that can destroy this evil: Power of the Exiled Dragon, Vorg. it was also then that he lost his left arm by a guardian of the dragon, although it only unleashes his true power by removing the only limb placed with a limiter to contain Ryuu's outrageous strength, as he returns Ichiro made a proposition that he would make the replacement Arm: Gauntlet of the Dragon Ryuu became more powerfull and destroyed the Evil Dragon, although it made him go on a power lust frenzy he and Ichiro dissapeared (he was beaten by Sora and his gauntlet was fixed by Takashi he then join forces with Sora to end Cross)

Story: he is an incarnate accidentally created by God, he gains power to travel through Time, Space and Worlds, he loves making God's predictions untrue by going to one world and helping people that will face great ordeals, he knew that Rune World, Earth and Nether World would have been destroyed by Cross so he helps Ruki and Sora change their Destinies, he helped Ruki to defeat Khor and finds his Fated Friends, he was the one that said "good luck" to Ruki when he passed out, he dissapears when he thought Ruki was capable of doing the rest, several years later he returned only to see that Ruki have died by his own son's hand, he found out that Sora had no choice to kill Ruki if he wants to defeat Cross, he decided to help R.W. once again, he helped Sora and guided him on a quest to revive Ruki and all their friends, although the ritual used for bringing them back is damaged they managed to revive all of them anyway except that Ruki was deadlined untill he was 40, after that he finally left R.W. for good.

Description: protected by 4 mountains (Shiro, Kuro, Aka, Ao {White, Black, Red, Blue [Name of the mountains]}) Lavandear although is a kingdom the Lavandear protected by the four muntains are only the capital of Lavandear (it is also named Lavandear At some point Ryuu noticed it and made a very comical dialogue between him and Ruki, although Sora and Nero (Takashi Shirogane) also pointed that out ending with an awkward situation with Ayame) though the capital itself is based on a single mountain in the middle, at the top of the capital lies Shine Castle, and beneath Shine castle is a water generator powered by runes (in later times replace with Neo-Hydro-Gen x created by Takashi) to generate water that flows through most part of Lavandear capital, the whole capital is divided to four areas; Industrial Zone, Palace Zone, Residential Zone and "District" Zone, the Industrial Zone holds most factories, Forges, and Armories of the Capital, it also Introduces a Machine Created by Leon and his brother Var Kresnik that absorbs air pollution and converts it to Oxygen just like a normal tree making the whole industrial Zone very enviromentally save, The Palce Zone Includes Shine Castle itself and houses of Aristocrats and important people (People built a Statue of Ruki in the park in the middle of the Palace Zone), the Residential Zone Speaks for itself, now the "District" Zone however is very unique almost every "District" is cut off from another by rivers that flows from the castle people often uses boats or teleportation panels to travel from district-to-district or to other Zones (the Teleportation panels however does not use Runes instead it uses a mysterious power only the creator understands {no one knows who the inventor is} and after research from Takashi it has appeared that the panels uses technology beyond even the R.W.'s capability an OOPart [Out Of Place Artifacts], the "District" Zone holds most of the Commercial areas (which is why some poeple referr it to the Commercial Zone although the areas there are split and independent and when they are grouped or individually called they would be referred to as "Districts") below and around the Palace Zone also holds the "Main" District known as the Main Square it is just above the Water Generator Level and is also where the; Guilds, Workplaces and "Guilds Main Office" are placed it is always swarmed by Rune-Cycles and looks very beautiful during the nighttime.

Description: Most of the time the whole area is enshrouded by a thick fog that can only be passed by a holder of the Dragon Seal such as Ryuu and the Sage, similiar to Lavandear the temple is also protected by mountains but unlike Lavandear Dragon Mountains are coated by a dense forest and rumored that whoever goes in without permission of the Dragon Sage will be lost and never to be found again, deep in the forest are nests of dragons protected by the people who inhabits Nagapur, when the Dragon Sage gave permission to someone to enter the fog will be lifted for one day hopefully enough time for someone to reach the temple if not they too shall be lost in the woods, inside the temple's lower grounds is where the prophecy tablet of Ryuu's strength revival is held and just one level below it is the bottomless pit named "Theyrion's Grave" which is the place believed to be the final resting place of the guardian dragon "Theyrion" although the great dragon himself is actually turned to stone as a cost for sealing the Three Exiled Dragons who gave Ryuu the power of the dark dragons to gain his ultimate form "Dragonoid Mode" although at a later time Sora will find the Statue and free Theyrion, the temple's walls are made from a rare stone that harness the power of the dragons and soothes the mind of those who walks near or inside of them, Nagapur is also the true Birthplace of Ryuu (Note: does not include the birth of Ryuu's previous life "Vernix" Exiled Dragon of Power Lust).
