Pt.8 Leader Ludicrousy!

                    The next morning he rushed towards Lavandêar with full speed three days later he finally returned. Everyone was so excited to see him return safely and to boot he brought back all he needed to complete the Upgrade Test, unfortunately it was Sunday so the GMO (Guilds Main Office) was closed, it seems that in Ruki’s absence everyone did rake up the quests they pulled through a total 8.550 gold while in his journey Ruki managed to get 5.000 gold, Ryuu said that Ruki got 100 times what Toru got... in Toru's dream, suddenly Toru fought with Ryuu, Aoi was impressed at Ruki because he finished the quest before a week, Ruki said that the journey was the only thing dragging him back from completion. 
                    Kiyo told him that he’s quite confident in himself, but then Ruki said that Kiyo misunderstood and that he was just excited about creating the guild that he tried to do it as fast as he could, Megumi smiled and told everyone if that so is the case then they should go to the Guild Office now. And so they did but on their way Toru brought up something no one dare thought about... What’s the guild’s name going to be? Everyone stands hopelessly in awkward silence. 
                    Ruki said he hoped the rest of them would have figured it out when he got back, and Megumi said everyone else thought Ruki would come up with it since he’s the leader, the Ryuu said everyone to hold it! Then he said the leader was not yet voted for... again everyone was in a frenzy of debate in the middle of the streets being watched by pedestrians, in the middle of the fight another topic no one thought about came up... isn’t today day Sunday? (GMO isn't open at Sunday) Yet again they stand hopelessly silent, after a while everyone got to an inn near the GMO which is at the Lavandêar main square.
                    The next day while everyone was having breakfast they discussed also about the name of the guild, Ruki said it needed to be something that symbolizes them as a group, Aoi said that the name would also sound tough, Kiyo said an intelligent approach in the names are also quite applicable, Ryuu then randomly blurted out Dragon Group Extravaganza! Everyone stared at Ryuu sending him signals “what the heck are you thinking”, Ruki then said that the group part has relevance somewhere, now Toru randomly yells out Steel Squadron! Then they did the same thing to Toru what they did to Ryuu, Kai said that both the names the two idiots came up with isn’t going to cut it since not everyone has the element fire or steel, Nami then said Beauty Brigade, Ryuu said that it’s not fair to the guys then Nami said to kick every guys in the guild, Ruki said he would need to kick himself too, Nami asked so what? Megumi then yelled out that Ruki can’t do that because he is the leader of the new guild!
                   But Ryuu  then said he thought he was the leader of the guild! Toru came barging in saying most leaders are laid back more like him but before he says anything else Kiyo said that the leader should be the most cool and collected person then he and Kai said “that’s me” both at the same time Nami started to get in the arguments saying that a girl could lead just as well as men! Ryuu and Toru disagreed... suddenly they’re both on a freshly destroyed floor and Nami’s hand was smoking, while everyone was fighting Ruki just sat at the couch drinking a warm tea. 
                   After a while everyone was tired of yelling and what seemed like ages of tea drinking for Ruki finally came to a close, Ruki then said “the leader must be strong, Diligent, Clever, Steady, Wise, and Caring” then Ruki proposed to start a test competition where the winner gets to be the leader and the leader gets to pick the name for the guild, Megumi agreed held Ruki’s arm and shouted “let the competition begin!”. heheheh no comment Next Part! Pt.7 Finish the Quest!

                   WD-8 he hopped to it and uses full speed right away! It was so fast it was like 80 MPH already Ruki actually enjoyed Riding the Bike, he Rode for hours until finally it’s night time he stopped at a small town, he ate and then he rests at an inn, the next morning he continued his journey this kept on for 2 more days until finally he arrived to a town right before Mercury Fields.
                    Just as he was about to get back at his journey he heard a scream for help! It was one of the guards the town was attacked by a small horde of monsters and three of the guards were injured, Ruki stored away the bike and summoned Kaminoikari while Running towards the fleet of enraged monsters, the guard thanked him for trying to help Ruki told him to get the rest of the injured men, Ruki said that he would handle them alone, the guard nod and brought the men on the ground back to the town. “Runic: Sonic Wave” with a single attack he critically damaged most of the monsters, Ruki taunted them and asked if that’s all they got, the monsters were even more enraged they charged at Ruki, although Ruki put up quite the fight, those monsters were ganging upon him, when he tries to attack one monster another attacked him from behind, until finally he was angry he dodged one of the monster’s attack and dashed away from the monsters, he stabbed Kaminoikari to the ground “Runic: Sword Rain” Swords felt down on the remaining monsters and they all died, one of the guards came back to help but he was too late all the monsters have been defeated, the guard then told him he just defeated about 10 angry Manticores Ruki yelled out a yes! And he quickly collected the corpses with the Rune, the guards thank Ruki once more and then gave him a healthy bag of 5.000 gold Ruki thanked the guards back and went on his way, he arrived at Mercury Fields at last!
                   Green lush hills as far as the eyes can see, windmills everywhere, and there are even small rivers going around it but beside that monsters Roam the Fields freely although most of them are not aggressive strangely some of them even stayed calm when Ruki killed their own kind in front of them, Ruki’s killing spree went on for hours and hours finally it was nearing Dusk and all he has to kill is one chimaera he then noticed that it was strange how he didn’t even see one of them at the fields, he also was confused even though he killed 150 or more monsters already there seems to be still a lot of them roaming around, he searched the whole field and found nothing other than Mandragoras, Manticores, Slimes and other common monsters. But then the sun finally went down all of the monsters suddenly went away almost like in fear, Ruki then thought to himself that he had a bad feeling about that. 
                   Suddenly a loud roar was heard from a nearby hill Ruki ran there to find a huge monster with three heads and a tail standing on 4 feet Ruki hide behind a Tree while he watches the monsters cold bloodedly kill ravage and eat other monsters around it, the monster let it guard down for a drink, “Runic: Solistoramega” Ruki summon almost all of his swords floating right above him, he aimed them at the monster and thrown them all repeatedly all of them hit as the swords pierces the monster’s skin blood oozed from its wounds, the monster turned to Ruki growl and then Roar, the middle head blast fire from its mouth just as it was about to hit Ruki he summoned a Water Rune sword; Aquaros and slashed the flame continuesly as he stands his ground, when the flame went out Ruki quickly switched to the wind sword Zephyr as he runs towards the monster, Ruki stabbed zephyr onto the monster then quickly dashed backwards leaving the sword sticking through the monster “Weapon Runic: Zephyr Wind Tide” the sword released massive gusts of sharp winds the monster was ragged by it, the wind was so strong the ground that came in contact with it implodes creating marks everywhere, blood was everywhere but somehow the monster was still breathing, Ruki slowly approached the monster lying on the ground, he summoned Kaminoikari and beheaded the monster, he then collected the monster with a grin on his face, later on he rested at the town near Mercury Fields. 
                    so it would seem he finished it in one day... right? wrong! he actually spent a couple of days there a comical Baka short will be shown of when Ruki tried to eat lunch there anyway the next Part is already posted Pt.8 Leader Ludicrousy

Pt.6 Let's Start a Guild!

When he wake up he was in a cozy and warm bed in a stranger’s house he looked around from the bed but he did not see the owner of the house, then a beautiful girl came in bringing a tray of hot soup...*Flash back End. Megumi agreed and told him she did it on purpose, after Ruki finished the soup Megumi went in the be as well, Ruki was surprised at first, but then Megumi fell asleep, so Ruki held her in his arms and slept together. The next day everyone gathered at a tavern in the Aqua Plaza, they gathered at the same seat. Ryuu, Toru and Kai were busy drinking sake Kiyo was reading a book, Nami and Megumi was having a girl talk, Aoi was polishing her Axe, Sakura is on a date and Ruki is still eating breakfast. But then suddenly, Ryuu told everyone that they should build a guild, everyone was interested in the idea except for Toru because he passed out from too much Sake, Ruki asked about the guilds and Ryuu told him that Guilds are like a group of people set around on the same target and or purpose and how the Guilds origins has came to be. After hearing the story Ruki was excited he shouted let’s do this and for no absolute reason smacked Ryuu so hard Ryuu was blown away and crashed to the wall in deep agony and pain Ryuu still had the strength in him to say yeah he then laughed a little and then he passed out everyone else at the tavern was staring at Ruki, Ruki sat on his seat again after that Aoi said that it wouldn’t be a bad idea all the group members agreed. The next day the group went to the Guilds Main office it was so big and so crowded it seems everyone wanted to create a guild or at least join one of them, inside people may create a guild or even buy upgrades for a guild HQ, there were even billboards with announcements of guild wars and competition not only that but there was a department where people may leave or disband a guild, once the group had a feel of the building Kiyo noticed Ruki and Ryuu went missing he sighed and told everyone else, incidentally Kai saw them heading towards the Guild Creations Department everyone else calmly followed them since they were going the right way, Ruki was standing in line for a booth that gives out forms that must be filled in order to create a guild, Ryuu was looking at an aquarium in the corner and everyone else was sitting in benches near the booth Ruki came back once he saw him Ryuu also decided to join the form was filled with questions like the guild’s name, what purpose will it do, and a lot of other things, just like that the group was on a standstill because they haven’t thought about it that far yet, soon they went to arguments about the guild’s name, then they argued about who gets to become the leader after that they just argued stuff off topic even something like what Ryuu was eating for breakfast! It was a complete mess and then Megumi told everyone to shut up, and that they should just vote, everyone agreed. In 1 hour they finished the form and handed it back to the booth, but then the booth lady said something no one expected, the cost of building the guild... everyone went to an awkward silence, they huddled up and asked each other how much money they got Aoi was the one that has most of the money but she said the money was for herself and axe maintenance only and so it all comes down to... 1.000 gold! They went back to the booth and asked for the cost the lady said 100.000 gold... Ruki passed out Megumi tried to wake him up while crouching to the ground, they then noticed during their travels they mostly spend nights at the wilderness or a cheap inn, but Kai said even if so the price for making the guild was extremely high, but just as they were in the midst of their conversation the lady said to them on why not taking on a quest? Since it usually pays very good Aoi then noticed that most of the difficult quests she couldn’t do alone pays tons Toru, Ryuu and Kai agreed, then Ruki said it was settled that they would take up quests in order to build the guild, so they all went immediately to the Quest Department of the building and scouted for a Quest that pays good Aoi kept on suggesting Treasure hunts  quest while Megumi wanted to hunt monsters Kiyo even suggested something stupid about going fishing and sell the catch everyone else ignored him, but then Toru saw a Quest that would pay 300.000 gold, it was more than enough! Everyone else asked what type of quest is it... it was an A class quest about killing a giant monster that made a home in a nearby forest, Aoi said to forget it because there was no one among them that was an A class so they couldn’t take the Quest, Ryuu then exclaimed about Ruki being very strong and that he should take a Class Upgrade Test everyone else begged him at first he struggled to refuse but then Megumi told him to do it for her suddenly Ruki was already lining up for the Upgrade Quest, he got back and held in his hand a flyer of an A class upgrade test, it was a solo mission, he needed to hunt 100 Mandragoras, 50 Manticores and 1 Chimaera. Everyone else was stoned and told him to find an easier quest he replied that it was the easiest quest he could find everyone else was afraid to ask what other quest there is, Kai said he actually picked an insanely easy quest because three of those monsters could be found in the Mercury Fields, unfortunately that place is quite far, Ruki said he’ll be alright, Aoi also gave Ruki a Containment Rune since obviously he can’t just kill them and put the corpse in his backpack to rot she also said she has an old bike for Ruki to use inside the Rune everyone told him to be careful and good luck and to remember not to die also that they will be right there waiting for him maybe even doing B class or lower quests after they said their goodbyes, in the outskirts of Lavandêar Ruki used the Rune to bring out a Wind Rune powered floating Bike it’s an older Version of WD-8 he hopped to it and uses full speed right away! heheheheh will Ruki succeed? or will there be another obstacle in the path ahead? heheh who knows.. anyway don't forget to read the next part:

Baka Shorts Update 02

"Aoi since you don't want to join in i have something special for you..." Megumi said so while cornering a shivering and helpless Aoi, 20 mins later. Aoi is embarrassed but finally agreed to wear the reff outfit...  (note: the room/background looks like it's been torn by a tornado) *during the change Toru opened the door seeing Aoi wearing only her bra and shorts... a moment later Toru is on a broken ground with a giant bump on his head and Nami's feet above the bump, sometime later Toru is walking down the street when Ryuu asked the Heavily Injured Toru "Where have you been?" and Toru said "Heaven". -I Saw Heaven

"Megumi nee-chan! how did you get yours to be so big...?" asked one such desperate Nami "fufufu! it's a secret! i don't want my opponent to win now do i?" answered Megumi "aww come on! i mean not only is yours so big! it also looks so soft and succulent! just thinking about it almost made me drool!" yapped Nami "you really want to make yours big huh? i'm not saying it's easy you know?" replied Megumi "at LEAST let me taste it again! i was so... sweet and soft... *drools*" begged the little Nami "ok. ok! you didn't need to beg! and your drooling... i can't teach you how to make it big like that but you can taste it again..." answered Megumi "REALLY?! yay! oh! let me get it out!" said one very happy Nami "knock yourself out! enjoy Nami..." after that Nami reached for Megumi and grabbed... her bag Nami drools again as she slowly takes out a big and very soft looking souffle! yes! as it turns out they both entered a dessert contest and both of them were planning to make a souffle! what did you think they were talking about...?! -Soft and Succulant!

Pt.5 Release Your Strenght!

once the smoke was clear although a bit injured the monster was still flying in mid-air, everyone was in shock a power that strong only managed to injure that thing a little?! Just as everyone is about to lose hope... Ruki shouted that the monster even only a little was still injured! That means it’s not immortal! Ruki told everyone to combine their powers together for a Link Runic, everyone pointed their energy to the monster, “Link Runic: Armageddon Burst” everyone shot their energy it was like every single element known to man was in the blast, the stream of energy combined together creating a blinding light that was coming for the monster, the monster was surprised and tried to run away but the blast was following him, until finally... the monster took the hit! Everyone was happy and thought that they have done it... a screech was heard from above the monster is still alive?! The monster was heavily injured blood drips everywhere but it was still alive... the monster shot two more dark lasers! Everyone was drained of their power from the previous attack and was unable to move... when the blast was about to hit, time stops except for Ruki every color turned gray and Ruki was confused he heard a familiar voice “use the Rune you earned from Nero”. Ruki remembered it the strange Rune that glowed golden, he held it in his hands and prayed, he could hear his heart beats “come on please work! If this fails everything I have come to know may die! But... if I’m about to die anyway... I might as well die Trying!!” the Rune glowed slowly the time was about to go again... “For everything that I love... I Summon You! Kaminoikari!!!” a Runic sword came out of the power surge just as the time was about to continue Ruki slashed the blast to two and the split blast missed everyone, Everyone was surprised because to them just a second ago Ruki was powerless too but suddenly he had a Great sword in his hand, a massive amount of power was surging all around him making it look like he was inside a golden fire, the monster was shocked as well. “Divine Reflection” Ruki held Kaminoikari in his right hand a giant shadow of Kaminoikari stood behind him just as he moved the shadow moved as well, Ruki slashed his sword in mid-air the shadow bashed the monster, Ruki spit his blood to the ground, he quickly put a barrage of sword slashes and hit the Monster again and again... until finally “Final Runic: Sword Rain” Ruki stabbed kaminoikari to the ground then the sky grew dark, the wind gushed harshly around Ruki, Thunder enshrouded the clouds, giant swords was coming down slowly showing through the clouds, Ruki then pointed at the monster and the swords quickly reacted all of them came down one by one aiming at the monster it was a massacre all of the swords hit the target, the clouds were lifted, the giant swords disappeared leaving giant craters from the impact, kaminoikari also disappeared and finally Ruki passed out but Megumi grabbed him, remnants from Khor’s body turned to dust then the Kingdom of Lavandêar slowly turned to normal the people even started to come back it seems like they were stored in another dimension again Kiyo was suspicious why did Khor needed to keep them safe? Why not just kill them? And why didn’t he just try to take over other kingdoms? It was all still a mystery. Megumi told everyone to go take a rest, they went to an inn to stay for the night except Megumi and Ruki, Once Ruki came to he was in a warm bed inside Megumi’s home, he noticed that if her house was there then the whole kingdom must have returned to normal too, Megumi came in and brought Ruki a soup, Ruki exclaimed that it was like when they first met... *Flash back! Ruki awoken from his unconsciousness and was surprised that he was in a house unfamiliar to him, he remembered he was chasing a weird feeling until he was suddenly in a forest he’s never been to,  in the middle of the forest there was a stump showered by lunar light he saw a shadow of a sword stuck on the stump, he felt the weird feeling again but stronger it came from the sword he tried to take a closer look at the sword with full curiosity he held the sword handle in his grasp, he suddenly he lost his sense of vision pain runs through his body he felt down to the floor and just as he was about to be unconscious he heard a voice; “good luck”.
Wow! so that's what happened don't think his flashback is over yet though and besides the next part is this: Pt.6 Let's Start A Guild...!

Pt.4 Kingdom CRASH!

The Story continues as follows... Kiyo shouted that he knew Siel couldn’t be trusted, Kai told him to calm down and it’s not really much important, Ryuu yelled out “what do you mean not important! Our name is on a freaking list”! Nami told him on how does it matter just because their name was in a list and told him to settle down also that Ryuu was an idiot, then everyone was starting to get mad at each other until Ruki told everyone to shut up and get some rest he also said that what’s important now is to stop Khor and to think about it after Khor is dead, one by one everyone went back to their own room. The next day everyone rushed to Lavandêar but was shocked to find a demonic and twisted Kingdom with little remnants from the previous kingdom, Ruki exclaimed what has the kingdom become?! He also said that Khor will pay for everything he’s done! Monsters were lurking everywhere not a human soul to be seen, the group rushed towards the army of monsters and killed them with a destructive feat, Runic: Sonic Wave Ruki sent a sonic wave from the slash he did from his blade and chopped off a lot of monster at once,Runic: Venomic Explosion Megumi jumped to the air, thrown one of her dagger and created a poisonous gas explosion, those who breathe the smoke was poisoned and melted away in a few minutes, Runic: Roaring Dragon Flame Ryuu created a massive fire blast by pointing his sword at the monsters and vaporized all who stands in the way of the blast, Runic: Iron Judgment Toru thrusts his spear at the ground creating pillars of other spears stabbing monsters in its trail, Runic: Chaotic Melody Sakura stroked her harp and a sound wave moved through the fleet of monsters exploding the heads of all creatures that listened to it. Runic: Nyûmera Bolt Kai thrown his sword up in the air and the sword created flashes of lightning striking down every single monster in radius, Runic: Aero scythe Aoi Bashed her axe to the ground creating whirls of wind flashes slicing off every single monster that comes across it. Runic: Grande Torrent Nami waved her staff creating a giant ball of water floating in the air then the ball curved down to the ground creating sharp bursts of water, the water was combined with the blood of the monsters. Runic: Celestial Shot from a nearby cliff Kiyo shot an arrow creating a spiritual burst, monsters within range vanished in the light. The group continued fighting until there’s finally no more of the monsters, everyone shouted “TO THE CASTLE!” they found Khor waiting for them, sitting on the throne, “Shadow Force” before anyone said a word Khor created shadow-like monsters, everyone kept hitting them but their weapons and Runics didn’t take any effect, Khor laughed and said that nothing can kill... just as he said kill, Kiyo’s bow Shined, Kiyo shot a holy arrow at the dark monsters, they quickly vanished. Khor was surprised to see a Spirit Archer, “Shadow Form” Khor turned into a frightening monster and jumped out of the castle creating a hole in the roof everyone followed him, the Monster shot out evil looking burst of lasers, everyone dodged it, “Sonic Wave” the monster took a direct hit from Ruki’s attack but it doesn’t have any effect, “Roaring Dragon Flame” neither did Ryuu’s Blast, Toru shouted that if Runics don’t work then they should try full force and so Toru jumped aiming his spear from the fall to the monster’s head, bulls eye the monster screeched it’s head is dripping with blood, Toru stepped back and whine for a second because his spear is stuck then he kicked the monster, he told the others to attack and so they did, after a few hits from everyone the monster bulged and looked like it’s about to evolve even more! Wings scrapped from its back its claws got sharper, another head grew, two more legs showed in the front body and a mysterious looking Sigil was carved on its chest. The monster float and used both of its head to create massive power surge and shot it to the group, everyone tried to dodge it but Kai was still caught in the blast, kai lied still as he was injured, Ruki Damned the creature and jumped at it, he unleashed a full force sword barrage but none of them even put a scratch on the monster, quickly after realizing brute force won’t work Nami charged her staff with Water Rune powers Ryuu followed her and charged his sword with Fire Rune, “Link Runic: Roaring Safire Dragon!” they both shot a stream of bursting Rune energy at the monster that combined together creating a blue flame shaped like a raging dragon, the monster took full brunt of the attack, the impact created an explosion of epic proportions, but... will it work? well you'll find out because i'm posting the next art in a couple of minutes.
